Delete your TrainPrime account
You can delete your TrainPrime account yourself, from inside the app, in two taps. Nothing is queued for review and no one has to approve it — the account and everything attached to it are gone immediately.
From the app
- Open TrainPrime and sign in.
- Tap your initials in the top right to open Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom, to Delete account.
- Tap it once, then tap again to confirm.
If you can’t sign in
Email patrickkortik@gmail.comfrom the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We action it within 30 days and reply when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Every workout, set, weight, rep, readiness check-in, nutrition target and logged meal — on your device and in the cloud.
- Your profile: name, profile photo, units, training environment and equipment, and the age/sex/height/weight you entered for nutrition targets.
- Your biometric data from any connected watch or health app.
- Your referral code and any pending referral credit.
- Any diagnostic error reports tied to your account.
- Your Stripe customer record, which also cancels an active subscription. You will not be billed again.
Just want the data gone, not the account?
Profile → “Reset all data & restart” wipes every workout, set, weight, readiness check-in, nutrition target and logged meal — from the device and from the cloud — while leaving your account and your subscription untouched. You start from a blank slate without signing up again. Same two taps, same immediate effect.
What is kept, and for how long
Stripe retains the payment and invoice records for completed transactions — we can’t delete those, and neither can you: financial record-keeping law requires them. They are held by Stripe for the period their retention policy sets, and they contain billing records only, not your training data.
Nothing else survives the deletion. There is no backup we restore from and no archive we keep for analytics.
